Privacy policy

• Your sign-in email. We use it to send your sign-in link and code, and the emails you choose to get. For a creator, the team also keeps the name and social handles on your creator record.
• What creators record or upload. Takes (video and sound), uploaded videos, outro clips, logos and screenshots you add, the words we transcribe from your takes, and the finished videos and caption files we build from them.
• Clips from public social posts. Public posts on X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and Reddit: the video, its text, how its views and likes grow, and the public account that posted it (handle and follower count). We never collect private posts or messages.
• Basic usage. When you sign in, which clips you save or pass, what you send to your team, when a share link is opened, and the request logs our hosts keep (IP address, browser, time). We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember a few settings on your device. No advertising or analytics trackers.

Only to run JustWin IQ: to find and rank clips, build your videos (captions, translation, cuts), deliver them to you and your team, send the emails the app sends, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on your videos.

• Supabase holds our database and sign-in.
• Cloudflare R2 holds the video, sound and image files.
• Google Drive, if the team connects one: copies of finished videos (see below).

Services that process data for us so the app works: Vercel and Railway run the app; Groq turns the sound of takes and clips into words; Anthropic translates captions and reads public clips to suggest which to reply to and how; OpenAI indexes the text of public clips; Resend sends our emails; ScrapeCreators, TwitterAPI.io, Apify and the YouTube API fetch public posts. Each gets only what its job needs.

• Your videos, takes and drafts: you; your team (the people you add under My team, and the Just Win posting team that posts for you); and the small JustWin IQ team that runs the service and edits videos when you ask.
• Anyone you send a share link to. A share link plays and downloads that one video without signing in, until it expires (14 days) or is turned off.
• Anyone with a Google Drive folder link, while the team keeps link sharing on (see below).
• Clips from public posts: the team, and the creators whose topics they match.

An admin of JustWin IQ can connect one Google account so that finished videos are saved to its Google Drive. We ask Google only for the drive.file scope, which lets the app see and change only the files and folders the app itself creates. We never see, read or change any other file in that Drive.

• We create a JustWin IQ folder, a folder for each creator inside it and one for each video, and upload the finished video, its caption files, and a text file with the suggested post caption, the credit line and the source link.
• Unless an admin turns it off on our settings page, we set the JustWin IQ folder and each creator's folder to “Anyone with the link can view”, so the creator's team can open and download the videos without signing in. The folders are never listed in search.
• We read back only what we need to show the save: those files' names, sizes, links and sharing settings, and the connected account's email address and how full its Drive is.
• A copy saved to Drive is deleted from Drive 30 days after it was saved. The original stays in our storage.
• The key Google gives us is stored encrypted, is used only by our servers, and never reaches a browser. Disconnecting on our settings page revokes it at Google; you can also remove JustWin IQ at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files already saved stay in that Drive.
• We do not share data from Google with anyone, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

JustWin IQ's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• A draft that was never finished is hidden after 7 days, and its raw takes are deleted 30 days after that.
• Finished videos and their files are kept until you ask us to delete them.
• Copies in Google Drive are deleted from it 30 days after they were saved.
• Share links stop working after 14 days, or sooner when turned off.
• Data about public posts is kept while it helps us spot what is growing.

Email bward22345@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and say what you want deleted: your account, your takes and videos, or all of it. We delete it from our database, from our file storage and from the Google Drive copies we made, within 30 days, and reply when it is done. Copies that someone already downloaded or posted are outside our reach.

JustWin IQ is a work tool for invited creators and their teams. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
