These terms cover your use of JustWin IQ at app.aboutpanthera.com. By signing in you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to bward22345@gmail.com.
JustWin IQ finds clips from public social posts, suggests which ones a creator could reply to, and helps creators record, build and send their reply videos to their team. Sign-in is by invitation.
Keep access to your sign-in email to yourself: anyone who can open it can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
What you record or upload stays yours. You let us store it, process it (transcribe, caption, translate, cut and join it), and deliver it to you, to your team, to the people you send a share link to, and to a Google Drive your team connects, only to run the service for you.
Clips belong to the people who posted them. JustWin IQ shows them so you can comment on and reply to them, and adds a credit line to each video. You decide what you post, and you are responsible for your posts following the law and each platform's rules.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Picks, angles, captions and translations are produced automatically and can be wrong. Check them before you post. Nothing is ever posted for you without a person doing it.
Google Drive, the social platforms and the other services JustWin IQ works with have their own terms, which apply when you use them.
We work to keep JustWin IQ running and your files safe, but the service is provided as it is, without warranties, and features may change or stop. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost profits, data or posts that come from using it.
You can stop using JustWin IQ at any time and ask us to delete your data, as described in our privacy policy. We may end access for an account that breaks these terms.
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top.
